Iroquois Structure Updates

Date: Friday, April 10, 2015

New footings are required in the basement as bases for the posts that will rise through the house picking up new point loads that are created.  A new shed dormer will be installed across the rear of the house, resulting in a new engineered ridge beam carrying significantly more load.  This ridge beam will be split into three sections (due to its size and weight), with four new load points that need to be carried all the way to the basement, sitting on the new foundations being created.
